Strategic Blueprint 2026

Phase 1: Tebing Tinggi Island

The first phase focuses on the peat swamp forests of Tebing Tinggi Island, Riau. Once this pilot program is successful, this methodology is expected to replicate security in other high-risk habitats across the nation.

Stage 1 | Months 1 - 3

Mobilization & Procurement

Our first step is to ensure all technical infrastructure and field preparations are in place before major operations begin.

  • Purchasing and distributing camera traps and other observation equipment.
  • Conducting an in-depth field survey to determine the strategic location for establishing the 3-in-1 facility (40 m²).
Stage 2 | Months 4 - 6

Construction & Installation

The physical execution phase. We begin building the protection infrastructure and expanding our "eyes" in the forest.

  • Physical construction of the 3-in-1 facility (Research, Education, and Rescue) on Tebing Tinggi Island.
  • Initial strategic installation of 20 camera trap units in critical habitat corridors.
Stage 3 | Months 7 - 9

Human Resources & Training

Empowering the frontliners. We begin integrating local communities to become a core part of our conservation operations.

  • Strict selection of local residents for inclusion in the professional forest ranger training program.
  • Conducting intensive training including: route monitoring & patrolling, wildlife first aid, and valid field data collection techniques.
Stage 4 | Months 10 - 12

Implementation & Evaluation

The system is fully active. This phase focuses on processing field results and preparing the blueprint for national expansion.

  • Launching the first emergency service in the region specifically for pangolins requiring rescue intervention.
  • Collecting and processing data from the fleet of camera traps to monitor Sunda Pangolin population trends.
  • Comprehensively reviewing field work results and refining operating methods so the program can be replicated and expanded in Phase 2.

The Results of Our Efforts

Every phase we execute is designed to create a positive ripple effect, not only for the wildlife but also for the ecosystem and the community.
